Job Overview
Medicine Mart is urgently seeking Delivery Boys to handle medicine deliveries within a 2-5 km radius around Sec 56/57 in Gurgaon. This role involves timely and safe delivery of medicines to customers using company-provided electric scooters.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver medicines to customers located within a 2-5 kilometer radius of Sec 56/57 Gurgaon area.
- Operate company-supplied electric scooters, including their charging and maintenance.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability while executing delivery schedules between 10:30 AM to 10:00 PM, with a break provided in the afternoon for lunch and rest.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Thorough knowledge of roads and locations in Gurgaon.
- Ownership of a smartphone to facilitate delivery operations.
- Exemplary honesty and punctuality in work conduct.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary of Rs 13,000 plus Rs 1,000 delivery incentive, totaling Rs 14,000 per month.
- Additional payment available for overtime work.
- Petrol allowance provided if occasionally using own bike.
Additional Information
- The company supplies electric scooters, so no personal vehicle is needed; however, petrol allowance is available when using a personal bike occasionally.
