Job description
Overview
Join FirstCry as a Delivery Boy, responsible for picking up parcels from the store and ensuring timely delivery to customers' addresses. This role is open exclusively to male candidates who possess a valid driving license and their own bike.
Job Details and Responsibilities
- Manage daily delivery of 30 to 50 shipments to various customer locations.
- Ensure accurate and prompt parcel delivery maintaining quality service.
- Work schedule includes one day off every week.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly base salary of 21,000 INR plus Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) benefits.
- Attendance bonus of 2,600 INR for 26 working days per month.
- Total monthly remuneration amounts to approximately 23,527 INR, exclusive of PF and ESIC.
- Fuel allowance provided at 3 INR per kilometer.
- Order-based incentives:
- 10 INR incentive for delivering 31 to 40 shipments daily.
- 20 INR incentive for delivering 41 to 50 shipments daily.
Additional Requirements
- Possession of a valid driving license and a personal bike is mandatory.
Work Schedule
Weekly one off day.
