Swiggy and Blinkit are urgently seeking delivery personnel to join their teams. This role offers the flexibility to start immediately, with the possibility to log in and out on your own schedule and receive payments daily or weekly. Work is localized, allowing you to operate within your own city, close to home.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver orders efficiently and punctually to customers within your designated area.
• Manage delivery schedules with flexibility while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a valid Aadhar Card and PAN Card is mandatory for documentation purposes.
• A bank account is required to facilitate salary and incentive payments.
• Owning a bike is compulsory for this role; a driving license is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Incentives

• Monthly earnings range between ₹40,000 and ₹95,000, depending on performance and deliveries.
• Additional incentives can sum up to ₹15,000 per month.
• An attractive joining bonus of up to ₹12,000 is offered upon starting and completing initial order criteria.
