Position Summary

We are seeking diligent and energetic Delivery Partners for Swiggy Food and Instamart deliveries. Your role will entail collecting food orders from local restaurants and groceries or essential items from Swiggy Instamart dark stores and delivering them safely to customers.

Key Duties

• Pick up food orders from partner restaurants and ensure timely delivery to customers' locations.
• Collect grocery and daily essentials orders from Instamart dark stores and deliver within a 2-3 km radius.
• Utilize the Swiggy Delivery Partner App for accepting orders, following GPS navigation, and tracking daily earnings.
• Maintain courteous interactions with customers and responsibly handle orders.

Compensation and Benefits

• Potential monthly earnings ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹60,000 depending on order volume and working hours.
• Joining bonus up to ₹10,000, payable upon achieving order targets during the initial period.
• Additional petrol or distance allowance provided per delivery based on traveled distance.

Required Qualifications and Documentation

• Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
• Educational qualification is flexible; 10th pass/fail or any background accepted.
• Possession of a bike or scooter with a valid driving license and registration certificate, or a bicycle for local deliveries.
• Mandatory documents include Aadhaar Card or Voter ID, PAN Card, driving license for two-wheelers, bank passbook or cancelled cheque for payouts.
• An Android smartphone with GPS and internet connectivity is essential for order management.
