Delivery and Collection Driver

Job Overview

We are seeking a Delivery and Collection Driver to join our Land Rover dealership based in Solihull. This full-time role involves professional handling of customer vehicle deliveries and collections from both the service and sales departments. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with a one-hour lunch break. The basic salary offered is £29,827 along with various benefits.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Transport vehicles to customers' homes or workplaces safely and on time.
• Provide customers with a courteous and professional vehicle hand-over experience.
• When necessary, accept payments from customers during collections.
• Refuel demonstration and display vehicles as part of routine duties.
• Drive company staff or customers as required.
• Perform additional administrative or miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile

• Reliable and presentable individual committed to maintaining a professional image.
• Holder of a full, clean, and valid UK driving licence.
• Confident interacting with customers and providing excellent service.
• Good knowledge of the local area to efficiently navigate delivery routes.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
