Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize the deli department ensuring it is clean, neat, and free from clutter, obstacles, or hazards.
• Manage stock by rotating products and checking for any expired items to preserve freshness and safety.
• Ensure all products are correctly labeled and priced to maintain merchandising standards.
• Follow strict health and safety guidelines including cold chain compliance, thermometer calibration, temperature monitoring, proper food handling, and adherence to sell-by and expiration dates.
• Take customer orders and assist in slicing and preparing deli merchandise such as meats, cheeses, fried chicken, and specialty deli products.
• Support front end associates by assisting with price verifications.
• Prepare various deli food items using slicers, stackers, and kitchen appliances including rotisserie ovens and deep fryers, and arrange prepared salads and side dishes for display.

Minimum Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.

Additional Details
