Job Overview
Amber Petroleum Ltd is recruiting both full-time and part-time Deli Assistants for their Gort Road site in Ennis. This position suits individuals with a passion for retail and team leadership who strive to deliver excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver consistently exceptional customer service standards
- Ensure strict adherence to HACCP guidelines and safe food handling practices
- Support ongoing enhancements of deli and bakery operations
- Possess comprehensive understanding of food hygiene and HACCP protocols
- Actively participate in receiving and managing deliveries
- Stay informed on current product information and newly introduced items
- Prepare fresh food items such as salads, sandwiches, and soups
- Follow proper food safety, handling, and sanitization requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and adequate stocking of deli displays, coolers, prep areas, storage, and customer seating
- Assist in conducting monthly inventory checks when necessary
- Perform other duties as delegated by management
