Candidate Profile

• HACCP training is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills are necessary.
• Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
• Capacity to work cooperatively within a team in a busy environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A genuine enthusiasm for food and a desire to engage and motivate customers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Embody Centra's brand values: Pride, Energy, Imagination, and Community focus.
• Prepare customer orders across fresh food sections including crafting sandwiches and rolls, plating hot foods, and slicing meats using established portion controls.
• Cook, arrange, and display food items throughout the day to maintain freshness and appeal.
• Maintain impeccable presentation of fresh food counters consistently throughout operating hours.
• Express your enthusiasm for quality food by offering knowledge, recipes, and personalized suggestions to shoppers.
• Address all customer inquiries efficiently and professionally, adhering to store policies.
