Deep Cleaner (12am-9am)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Deep Cleaner to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards for guest rooms, hallways, and public areas during the night shift from 12am to 9am. You will play an essential role in ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for hotel guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Comply fully with all departmental and hotel policies related to guest service standards.
• Perform thorough deep cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, elevators, and other assigned areas following established procedures.
• Ensure that all guest rooms and public spaces are clean, orderly, and visually appealing.
• Report any safety concerns or maintenance needs promptly to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper.
• Adhere to the department's uniform policies and maintain professionalism.
• Participate actively in departmental meetings and other required sessions.
• Follow appropriate protocols when entering and cleaning guest rooms to respect privacy and security.
• Keep accurate records of deep-cleaned rooms and update Room Attendant sheets accordingly.
• Restock the Housekeeping Deep Cleaner cart with necessary supplies and cleaning products.
• Respond courteously to reasonable guest requests or connect guests with the correct personnel.
• Perform any other compatible duties as assigned while maintaining strict confidentiality in all company affairs.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least six months of prior cleaning experience is desirable.
• Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
• Strong customer service orientation with effective interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management skills to sustain an efficient work pace without sacrificing quality.
• Capacity to recognize situations that require notification or supervisor approval.
• Ability to learn and follow predefined cleaning protocols accurately.
• Responsive to verbal instructions and able to assess cleanliness standards effectively.
• Physically capable of performing essential job functions.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as hotel needs dictate.
