About the Role

A leading aerospace company located in Bloomfield, Connecticut, is inviting applications for a diligent Deburring Operator to become a vital member of our ambitious and innovative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately remove burrs and sharp edges from small extrusions to meet rigorous quality standards.
• Confirm dimensional accuracy of products as ordered.
• Closely inspect and detect burrs and irregularities on small extrusion parts.
• Operate various deburring tools and equipment to achieve smooth and flawless finishes.
• Conduct sorting tasks as necessary to maintain product quality.
• Work in collaboration with the quality control department to ensure compliance with product specifications.
• Keep the work area tidy and well-organized.
• Adhere strictly to safety regulations and company protocols.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• Proficient communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Possession of a valid motor vehicle license.
