Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Debt Recovery Agent responsible for engaging with clients who have overdue payments to recover outstanding debts efficiently and respectfully. This role requires field visits, negotiation skills, and adherence to legal standards in debt collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit residential or commercial locations of defaulters and overdue customers for debt recovery.
- Collect pending amounts such as EMIs, bills, or other dues from customers.
- Understand the financial situation of customers and recommend appropriate payment options or plans.
- Maintain daily updates on collection progress through the company's CRM software or mobile application.
- Educate customers about the benefits of digital payment methods like UPI and net banking, as well as maintaining a good credit score (CIBIL).
- Meet the weekly and monthly collection targets set by the organization.
- Conduct all collection activities in compliance with legal guidelines and maintain professionalism and politeness throughout.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Sound knowledge of the local area within Delhi-NCR.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion capabilities.
- Comfortable using smartphones and basic mobile applications.
- Ability to handle pressure and maintain patience during challenging interactions.
Salary and Compensation
The monthly remuneration ranges from 15,000 to 70,000 INR, commensurate with performance and recovery targets achieved.
