Job Overview
The role involves managing debt recovery processes for banking loan and credit card payments, directly interacting with customers to ensure timely settlements.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers via phone to discuss overdue loan or credit card payments.
- Consistently follow up on pending dues and overdue accounts.
- Clarify repayment alternatives and support customers in committing to payment plans.
- Maintain precise documentation of customer interactions and collection progress.
- Meet daily and monthly collection targets as set by the company.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries and maintain effective communication.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and regulatory guidelines prescribed by the RBI during collections.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade; graduates are preferred.
- Prior experience in banking collections or debt recovery is advantageous.
- Possessing DRA or NDRA certification is desirable.
- Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Basic proficiency with computer applications.
- Open to freshers demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Preference for candidates able to join immediately.
