About the Role

Techbrave Consultancy Services Private Limited invites applications for the role of Telecollection Executive within its Banking Process division. This position entails engaging directly with customers to manage overdue loan and credit payments by following up on payment commitments and providing support regarding payment queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound customer calls to address outstanding loan and credit dues.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to encourage payment settlements according to agreements.
• Clarify payment information and assist customers with any payment-related questions or concerns.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update call records.
• Meet established daily and monthly collection goals through effective communication.
• Maintain professionalism and courteousness throughout all customer communications.
• Collaborate with team members and provide routine progress updates.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational qualifications ranging from 10th grade, 12th grade, to any degree qualification.
• Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior experience.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Basic computer literacy is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage targets and adhere to follow-up schedules effectively.
