Tender Moments is a preschool and daycare located in Hebbal, Bangalore, providing a safe and nurturing environment where children can freely explore, play, and learn. The facility operates from 8:30 AM to 8 PM to accommodate working parents.

Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and energetic daycare teacher to care for and supervise children throughout the day, fostering their development in a warm and engaging atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure children's safety, comfort, and engagement throughout the day.
• Design and facilitate age-appropriate activities such as play, storytelling, rhymes, arts and crafts, and early learning exercises.
• Manage daily routines including meals, naps, and hygiene tasks.
• Develop trusting and caring relationships with each child.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's daily experiences, mood, and progress.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and child-safe classroom environment.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience ranging from none up to three years in daycare, preschool, or similar settings; freshers are welcome.
• Qualifications like ECCEd, NTT, or related certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Possess patience, warmth, and an authentic passion for working with young children.
• Effective communication skills in English along with Kannada, Hindi, or Tamil.
• Willingness to work flexible hours within daycare timings (8:30 AM – 8 PM).
• Basic knowledge of first aid is a beneficial addition.
