Role Overview
The Day Host plays a crucial part in welcoming guests, managing their dining experience with warmth and efficiency, and ensuring a clean and inviting dining atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests as they enter and say goodbye when they leave the restaurant.
- Create a genuine and engaging experience by interacting sociably with guests.
- Maintain and manage waitlists effectively while providing guests with reliable wait time information.
- Strictly follow the restaurant's Health and Safety policies as per the established Health and Safety Program.
- Quickly tidy and prepare the dining room with careful attention to cleanliness and detail.
