Role Overview & Responsibilities
- Precisely input and update data concerning sales, inventory, deliveries, and operational activities into the system and Excel spreadsheets.
- Generate and maintain routine daily and weekly reports using Excel.
- Communicate regularly with drivers to monitor delivery schedules, collections, and required documentation.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth order preparation, timely dispatch, updated delivery statuses, and accurate stock information.
- Keep comprehensive and organized records while ensuring proper filing of all relevant documents.
- Provide administrative assistance and reporting support to the Operations and Supply Chain departments.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be a Saudi national.
- Residing in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum of two years' experience working as a Data Entry Clerk or in a comparable role.
- Prior experience in FMCG, trading, retail, or warehouse environments is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management and Operational practices.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, including formula usage, sorting, filtering, and data organization techniques.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to actively track and follow up on outstanding tasks.
