About the Role
Gritter Francona is seeking a Data Technician to join our team supporting a contract with the Veterans Affairs. This role involves entering, reporting, and documenting data under the supervision of a team lead. You will be part of a collaborative team requiring daily interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry and Processing: Entering, updating, and correcting data in databases, often handling high volumes of information.
- Data Integrity and Quality: Verifying data accuracy, performing data cleaning, and ensuring consistency across systems.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generating reports and extracting insights from data for operational use.
- Documentation and Security: Maintaining data documentation (dictionaries/models) and adhering to data security policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency with database systems.
- Strong time management and task prioritization skills.
- Effective communication abilities with management and clients.
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, GitHub, Jira, etc.
