Job Summary
This position seeks a seasoned Data Scientist with approximately five years of relevant experience to create data-centered solutions, predictive models, and analyze large datasets to facilitate both business and operational decisions within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain machine learning and statistical models aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze vast, intricate datasets to discover trends and actionable insights.
- Develop various predictive, classification, forecasting, and optimization models.
- Conduct data cleansing, feature extraction, model validation, and monitor the performance of deployed solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into analytical outputs.
- Create comprehensive dashboards, reports, and visual presentations for stakeholders.
- Apply coding skills in Python and SQL alongside relevant data science and machine learning libraries.
- Continuously enhance model precision and refine analytical methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python programming and SQL querying.
- Expertise in machine learning principles, statistical analysis, and predictive analytics.
- Experience with data handling and manipulation libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Demonstrated ability in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Prior exposure to the healthcare industry, preferably in US healthcare or revenue cycle management, is advantageous.
Eligibility
Applicants must hold at least an undergraduate degree in any discipline.
