Role Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze HR data through data preparation, statistical evaluation, and development of statistical models to generate reliable forecasts, scoring, and dashboards that yield actionable insights.
- Define, optimize, and validate KPIs throughout the employee lifecycle, including workforce size, turnover, recruitment, talent growth, compensation, and diversity, ensuring data quality with statistical methods.
- Detect patterns and drivers within extensive HR datasets by building predictive models and simulations and evaluating them through rigorous methods to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Translate complex analyses into user-friendly visualizations, dashboards, and data products; communicate findings effectively to diverse stakeholders such as HR Business Partners and executives and provide consultative advice on interpretation and actionable measures.
- Uphold compliance and data privacy standards, guaranteeing all analyses, models, and data collections comply with legal requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Educational background in (Business) Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics with a strong quantitative emphasis, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of three years’ professional experience in a data-driven role such as Data Science, Advanced Analytics, People Analytics, or Business Intelligence, ideally with exposure to HR contexts.
- Proficiency in analyzing and modeling complex data sets using at least one programming language like Python or R; solid experience with SQL and familiarity with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI and Qlik Sense, plus advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and Power Query.
- Demonstrated project management skills including planning, coordination, and delivering projects independently from problem definition through data acquisition and modeling to deployment within business units.
- Strong communication aptitude and customer focus, capable of understanding client needs, conveying complex information clearly, and proactively proposing improvements.
- Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality when handling sensitive data, balanced with an awareness of the overall business context.
- Team-oriented approach, enjoying collaboration and networking across various stakeholders.
- Adaptable and eager to learn new HR technologies, data analysis techniques, and data protection standards, committed to ongoing professional growth and agile implementation of changes.
