Data Scientist – Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics

As a Data Scientist, you will contribute to this vision by developing predictive models for practical industrial use cases, such as predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Create predictive models tailored to industrial scenarios.
• Improve data quality and perform data analysis and feature engineering on industrial datasets.
• Collaborate closely with Embedded and Data Engineering teams.
• Conduct prototyping and validation of AI models, including MLOps practices.
• Document and visualize results clearly and comprehensively.

Candidate Profile

If you enjoy working on complex, industry-related, and modern software projects and want to take on responsibility in AI-driven software development and exciting industrial and internal projects involving agentic workflows, this position is an excellent match. Ideal qualifications include:

• Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow and in preparing industrial datasets.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or Rust.
• Strong background in mathematical statistics and skills in model validation.
• Ability to quickly understand complex industrial topics and processes.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex results to stakeholders.

Additional Advantages

• Experience with MLOps and Edge AI deployments on devices.
• Hands-on knowledge with industrial data such as production and sensor data.
• Familiarity with Explainable AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAGs), and agentic workflows.
