Key Responsibilities

• Examine customer usage, telemetry, and operational datasets to derive insights that fuel product innovation, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth.
• Utilize advanced analytics, machine learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI methods to address complex engineering and commercial challenges.
• Develop smart analytics solutions, intelligent assistants, and data-centric applications by leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies.
• Create, validate, and implement predictive and prescriptive models delivering tangible business benefits.
• Design and optimize scalable data collection, processing, and analytics pipelines to support effective decision-making.
• Assess data architecture, data models, and governance standards to maintain data quality and compliance, ensuring reliable insights.
• Construct engaging visualizations, dashboards, and storytelling formats to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and business units to identify AI and data-driven opportunities for competitive advantage.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Have 2 to 4 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or advanced analytics; however, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
• Experience employing statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling to solve practical business problems.
• Experience in developing analytics applications, AI solutions, or Generative AI projects is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search techniques, or AI agent frameworks is advantageous.
• Skilled in data visualization and business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or their equivalents.
• Understanding of diverse data types — structured, semi-structured, and unstructured — alongside modern data engineering practices.
• Knowledge of cloud-based AI and analytics platforms (for instance, Azure AI, Azure Machine Learning, Databricks) is desirable.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving aptitude, and critical reasoning abilities.
• Effective communication skills to explain complex analytical ideas and influence decisions among technical and management stakeholders.
• Ability to work productively in cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
