Data Scientist - Computer Vision (Arabic Speakers)

Role Summary

We seek an experienced Senior Data Scientist specializing in Computer Vision to spearhead the creation, implementation, and scaling of cutting-edge AI systems utilizing computer vision. This role requires deep knowledge of classical vision algorithms, advanced feature engineering, and modern deep learning methodologies, especially in developing Agentic AI systems that enable cognitive, autonomous decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive computer vision pipelines tailored for practical, real-world uses.
• Implement and refine classical computer vision techniques such as image processing, geometric manipulations, feature extraction, tracking, and camera calibration.
• Conduct advanced feature engineering by extracting discriminative visual attributes including texture, shape, color, and spatial information, while combining handcrafted and learned deep features.
• Construct and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models targeting object detection, semantic segmentation, and instance segmentation tasks.
• Design and integrate Agentic AI frameworks capable of autonomous reasoning, managing complex workflows, and interacting with external APIs and tools.
• Optimize models for high efficiency and deployment on edge devices and scalable environments.
• Lead efforts in model evaluation, experimentation, and continuous refinement.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering, product management, and business teams to align technology with objectives.
• Provide mentorship to junior colleagues and contribute to critical architectural decisions.

Mandatory Skills & Expertise

• 6 to 8 years of experience for B.Tech holders or 4 to 6 years for M.Tech holders in data science, computer vision, or AI roles.
• Proficient in traditional computer vision methods like image filtering, edge detection, morphology, feature matching, and object tracking.
• Advanced skills in feature engineering related to visual tasks and combining different feature modalities.
• Strong command over deep learning frameworks implementing object detection and segmentation methods.
• Hands-on knowledge of tools and libraries including PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, and Onnx.
• Solid programming capabilities in Python.

Agentic AI Specialization

• Experience designing AI systems driven by large language models (LLMs) within an agentic framework.
• Familiarity with tool usages such as planning, memory management, and orchestration frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen.
• Capability to integrate vision-based models with LLMs to build intelligent, context-aware workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Vision-Language Models and multimodal AI systems.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools for lifecycle management such as MLflow and Azure ML.
• Exposure to real-time AI or edge deployment scenarios.
• Industry experience in automotive, insurance, retail, manufacturing, or surveillance sectors.
• Proficiency with cloud services including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
