About the Role

Join our innovative AI team in Abu Dhabi as a Data Scientist / AI Scientist, where you will drive the development and deployment of advanced AI solutions to address real-world challenges. This position calls for a professional with extensive experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, equipped to design scalable and secure models and pipelines in complex operational environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and implement sophisticated Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
• Develop comprehensive ML pipelines encompassing data acquisition, feature extraction, deployment, and continuous monitoring.
• Engage in technical workshops to grasp business requirements and deliver customized AI solutions.
• Ensure AI solutions are reliable, scalable, and adhere to security standards.
• Effectively communicate insights about model performance and business impact to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Adhere to best practices related to MLOps, cybersecurity, data privacy, and the ethics of AI.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Proficient in Python programming, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and statistical analysis.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with concepts such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Maximum Coverage Problem (MCP) principles.
• Practical knowledge of MLOps tools and processes, including MLflow, Docker, GitLab, CI/CD, and production-level ML deployments.
• Strong command over SQL and related database technologies, along with exposure to NoSQL systems.
• Experience using Jira, Agile methodologies, Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, and Sonar is mandatory.
• Background in leading client-facing technical workshops and engaging with various stakeholders.
• Awareness of data security, privacy policies, and sovereignty regulations is an advantage.
