Data Researcher – Night Shift (RPO)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Data Researcher to join our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team. This full-time role requires working during the night shift aligned with U.S. time zones, either remotely or onsite in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The main focus is supporting recruitment by conducting thorough candidate and market research using various online platforms.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive online research to identify potential candidates, companies, and industry contacts.
• Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, different job boards, resume databases, and search engines to source candidate details.
• Apply advanced search techniques including Boolean and X-Ray searches to find suitable profiles.
• Create and regularly update detailed candidate and contact databases.
• Verify candidate credentials, contact details, professional experience, and qualifications for accuracy.
• Research hiring trends, job vacancies, competitors, and company information within the market.
• Maintain precise and organized records using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and spreadsheet applications like MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Assist recruiters daily with research tasks and candidate sourcing to fulfill staffing requirements.
• Ensure daily targets related to research output and data accuracy are consistently met.
• Adhere strictly to client-specific RPO workflows and maintain confidentiality throughout the process.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Minimum of one year’s experience in data research, recruitment sourcing, or a similar field is desirable.
• Proficient in internet research techniques and data mining.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, various job boards, Google search capabilities, and Boolean query formulation.
• Good command of English, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional attention to detail ensuring accuracy in data handling.
• Competent in MS Excel and Google Sheets for data organization and reporting.
• Ability to operate autonomously with strong time management skills and meet deadlines.
• Willingness and ability to work night shifts according to U.S. business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in U.S. staffing and recruitment industries.
• Working knowledge of ATS and CRM platforms.
• Acquainted with recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder.
• Prior involvement in RPO environments is advantageous.
