Role Overview

LendAbiz Capital is hiring a meticulous and well-organized Data Processing Clerk to help support business lending and financing workflows. In this fully remote role, you will handle loan application data, client records, financial paperwork, and operational information with a strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency.

You will be part of an operations team that keeps data moving efficiently across financing programs such as term loans, lines of credit, and other funding solutions created to help small businesses expand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input, revise, and keep current customer, loan, and funding details across internal systems and databases.
  • Check applications and related documents to confirm they are complete and accurate.
  • Validate financial statements, business details, and client records before submission or processing.
  • Handle incoming information tied to loan requests, funding applications, and customer accounts.
  • Carry out quality control reviews to find and fix inconsistencies or errors.
  • Store and manage digital files in line with company procedures and applicable regulatory standards.
  • Prepare reports and concise summaries for underwriting, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Support document tracking, records organization, and data lookup requests.
  • Work closely with funding specialists, underwriters, and operations staff in a remote environment.
  • Protect sensitive customer and financial information through strict confidentiality practices.

Qualifications

This role calls for someone who can handle information carefully, work efficiently, and stay organized while managing multiple records and requests.

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in data entry, data handling, records administration, financial services, or administrative support.
  • Strong typing ability and high accuracy in data entry work.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Prior exposure to CRM platforms, lending systems, or database tools is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Capability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
