Position Summary

This role focuses on maintaining live SAP data for the Quality department, ensuring precise data entry through effective teamwork coordination. Responsibilities include managing purchase requisitions and overseeing stock orders relating to Quality Lab and Hygiene supplies.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and update SAP data specifically for the Quality department.
• Ensure accuracy of data input by coordinating efficiently with team members.
• Manage the processing of purchase requisitions.
• Oversee the ordering and management of Quality Lab and Hygiene stock.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma qualification with a computer-related background, proficient in MS Office tools.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Two to three years’ experience performing similar duties within a dairy factory environment.
• Experience working with databases and familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and SAP systems.
