Role Overview
RLDatix is seeking a Data Migration Analyst to join their Data Services Group in Melbourne, Australia. This role supports healthcare organizations in transitioning their data accurately to new Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms, ensuring data quality and continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze legacy healthcare data and workflows to facilitate precise migration into updated EHR systems.
- Conduct iterative testing to validate migrated data for accuracy, integrity, and usability.
- Work collaboratively with both clinical and technical stakeholders to collect requirements and oversee migration efforts.
- Lead data validation activities alongside clients to identify, prioritize, and address data discrepancies.
- Coordinate across project teams managing several migration projects to guarantee successful outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
- Between one to three years of experience in healthcare IT, data analysis, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated accomplishments in system implementations, data migrations, or projects related to EHR systems.
- Extensive knowledge regarding healthcare data structures, EMR/EHR platforms, and validation procedures.
- Ability to commute to the Melbourne office as this position requires a hybrid working model.
- Genuine commitment to enhancing patient care through dependable and accurate healthcare data management.
- Strength in collaborating with multidisciplinary clinical and technical teams within a dynamic, delivery-driven environment.
