Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and process sensitive customer data with care and precision.
- Create summaries and reports based on the data processed, including performing minor calculations in Excel.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Success Management team to ensure smooth operations.
- Assume responsibility from day one as an active team member.
- Input sensitive data into our proprietary software, Clusterix, for further processing related to fiscal research funding.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrate a highly meticulous, reliable, and adaptable work style.
- Exhibit strong self-responsibility and a solution-driven mindset.
- Possess analytical skills with the ability to understand complex relationships in a structured manner.
- Maintain a very organized and methodical approach to work.
- Showcase excellent communication skills and confident demeanor.
- Have very good command of the German language, both spoken and written.
