About the Role

Pp Abhay Jewellers Private Limited, a company involved in jewellery manufacturing and trading, is seeking a meticulous and dependable Data Entry Operator based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. This full-time position involves managing and updating vital company data accurately using Excel, Google Sheets, and proprietary software to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Input and update daily data within Excel, Google Sheets, and company software platforms.
• Keep precise records of orders, inventory status, stock levels, and detailed product information.
• Review entered data for errors and rectify discrepancies as necessary.
• Generate daily reports and organize documentation systematically.
• Maintain and update jewellery codes, product attributes, quantities, weights, and associated details.
• Collaborate closely with sales, inventory, and accounting teams for data verification and integrity.
• Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive data and complete assigned tasks within stipulated deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum educational requirement is completion of 12th grade; possession of a computer diploma is favorable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and fundamental computer operation knowledge is essential.
• Typing speed between 30 to 40 words per minute with strong accuracy is preferred.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets and data management processes is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of jewellery inventory systems or manufacturing data is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and organizational skills are required.

Experience

Although freshers demonstrating solid computer skills are eligible to apply, prior experience in data entry, Management Information Systems (MIS), inventory control, or the jewellery sector will enhance candidacy.

Salary

Compensation will be commensurate with experience, skills, and company policies, typically ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
