Data Entry Operator - Research Support

About the Role

Qbits Marketing Research is looking to recruit a Data Entry Operator to assist our market research team. This position requires entering, managing, verifying, and updating research data via online systems and internal platforms. Training will be provided, and freshers with sound computer skills, proficiency in written English, and strong attention to detail are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Precisely enter and revise data on web portals, spreadsheets, and organizational databases.
• Gather fundamental information from publicly accessible online resources.
• Adhere strictly to provided guidelines and formats for each project assignment.
• Proofread data for spelling errors, omissions, and inconsistencies.
• Systematically organize research data for ease of access and analysis.
• Create basic summaries and reports as requested.
• Complete allotted tasks within designated timeframes.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company and research-related data.
• Collaborate effectively with research and project management teams.
• Comply with company policies regarding quality, compliance, and acceptable internet use.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational requirement: Minimum 12th standard pass; graduates are also welcome.
• Basic familiarity with computers and internet usage.
• Experience or knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, or Google Sheets.
• Competent reading comprehension and foundational written English skills.
• Good typing speed combined with accuracy.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions meticulously.
• Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.
• Open to both fresh candidates and those with prior data entry experience.

Additional Information

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Salary Range: ₹8,000 to ₹15,000 per month, commensurate with skills and experience.
• Training is provided by the company.
