Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate management and timely updating of records and databases.
• Carry out data entry assignments with speed and precision.
• Offer administrative assistance to team members as required.
• Create and maintain effective physical and digital filing systems.
• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate efficient office workflows.
• Execute assigned back-office duties as directed by the management.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in data entry tasks and strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional typing skills demonstrating both accuracy and rapidity.
• Competent in using computers, especially Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to maintain focus and detailed orientation in fast-paced settings.
• Effective communication and good interpersonal skills.
• Capability to keep sensitive data confidential.
• Expertise in Data Entry Operation, Typing, Back Office Operations, Computer Operating, and Excel.

Compensation

A competitive salary package ranging from ₹200,000 to ₹300,000 per annum will be provided to the selected candidate.

Eligibility

Applicants must hold at least a graduate degree and be prepared to work on-site in Jamnagar.
