Role Overview
Larsen & Toubro is looking for a Data Entry Operator to support accurate and timely handling of data within DPMS and related systems. The position involves maintaining clean records, checking information for errors, and ensuring documentation is properly organized and compliant with internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Input new information and keep existing records updated in DPMS with speed and precision.
- Review entries to spot mistakes, inconsistencies, or missing details.
- Protect the privacy and confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Complete data processing within the required timelines.
- Create reports from DPMS whenever needed.
- Match entered information against source documents for accuracy.
- Keep both digital and physical files well maintained and properly filed.
- Work with team members and other departments to confirm and validate data.
- Adhere to SOPs and compliance rules related to data handling.
Required Skills
- Working familiarity with DPMS or a similar data management platform.
- Quick and accurate typing ability.
- Comfort using MS Excel, MS Word, and standard computer tools.
- Strong eye for detail and accuracy.
- Good planning, coordination, and time management skills.
- Ability to stay effective under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
- A graduate degree in any stream is preferred.
- Computer application certification will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 0 to 2 years of experience in data entry or a related profile.
- Freshers with strong computer skills are also eligible.
