Job Overview

Esteem Integrated Logistics Private Limited is looking for a diligent Data Entry Operator to manage warehousing data and support office documentation. This full-time permanent position is based onsite in Hubli, Karnataka, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the warehouse inventory database in real-time, tracking stock movements accurately.
• Input data from shipping manifests, receiving reports, and physical counts swiftly and precisely.
• Verify and correct data discrepancies by cross-checking physical and digital records.
• Organize digital and physical files for efficient information retrieval.
• Produce reports and summaries on inventory status and other information as needed by management.
• Conduct regular data backups to safeguard data integrity.
• Assist warehouse and other staff with data-related queries and tasks.
• Manage office documentation and facilitate shipment creation and follow-up activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in data entry, logistics, or related administrative roles is advantageous.
• Proficient with data entry tools and Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with warehouse management software like SAP is preferred.
• Demonstrated high typing speed and accuracy.
• Exceptional attention to detail to avoid errors in inventory management.
• Strong organizational abilities to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate within teams.

• Salary Range: INR 15,000 to 18,000 per month.
