Collaborating with Onboarding Specialists and Account Managers, you will ensure data cleanliness that supports rapid go-lives, reliable reporting, and a seamless retail experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain detailed merchant information such as products, pricing, inventory levels, and profiles.

  • Ensure compliance with Moniebook's data quality standards and naming protocols.
  • Prepare merchant accounts for onboarding by entering necessary product, inventory, and configuration data within set deadlines.
  • Verify and rectify merchant-submitted data templates by checking for errors or omissions and coordinate corrections.
  • Assist in setting up catalogue architecture, tax, and payment configurations as guided by the Onboarding team.
  • Perform data audits to identify and resolve inaccuracies, duplicates, and outdated entries.
  • Cross-check data consistency between spreadsheets, CRM systems, and POS backends.
  • Report data issues to relevant teams and document anomalies for tracking purposes.
  • Keep detailed logs of data entry tasks, import activities, and corrections in the CRM system.
  • Create documentation on frequent errors and solutions to build shared knowledge and avoid recurring problems.
  • Identify bottlenecks in workflows and propose improvements to the Operations leadership.
  • Respond to urgent data requests from Onboarding, Account Management, and Support teams within agreed service-level agreements.
  • Collaborate internally to recover missing customer data while avoiding onboarding delays.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years experience in data entry or operations, ideally within SaaS, retail technology, or fintech sectors.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with proven accuracy handling large datasets.
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, including data cleaning, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions, and basic formulas.
  • Familiar with CRM systems or SaaS platforms supporting POS and back-office functions.
  • Strong organizational capabilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience with bulk CSV data imports, migrations, or catalogue management in a SaaS environment.
  • Exposure to retail operations, inventory management, or POS technologies.
  • Previous support experience for onboarding, implementation, or customer success teams.
  • Location requirement: candidates should reside in Alimosho or Ojo areas; please state your preferred location.

Personal Attributes

  • Highly detail-oriented, taking pride in maintaining precise and accurate data.
  • Process-driven yet proactive; follows established workflows and anticipates issues before they arise.
  • Cooperative team player understanding the importance of data accuracy in the customer journey.
  • Remain calm under pressure and capable of managing high work volumes without sacrificing quality.
  • Technologically adept and continuously seeking more efficient work methods.

Success Metrics

  • Achieve over 99% accuracy in data entry for merchant accounts and catalogue uploads.
  • Eliminate go-live delays caused by insufficient data readiness.
  • Fulfill all ad-hoc data demands within the specified SLA timelines.
  • Maintain an open task backlog below 5% at all times.
  • Receive a minimum average rating of 4.5 from Onboarding Specialists and Account Managers regarding data quality and timeliness.
