Data Entry Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Data Entry Executive with 4 to 5 years of experience to ensure the accuracy and organization of our business databases. The successful candidate will be adept at managing extensive datasets, verifying information for accuracy, and providing dependable records and reports to support internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Input and update information related to contacts, companies, leads, and events.
• Review records to identify and correct missing details, formatting inconsistencies, and duplicate entries.
• Standardize data fields such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, and locations for uniformity.
• Organize datasets and generate filtered lists or reports as required by internal departments.
• Maintain confidentiality of business and contact information while adhering to data access protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of experience in data entry, database management, or comparable roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets with practical knowledge of spreadsheet operations.
• High accuracy in typing and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform sorting, filtering, duplicate detection, and apply basic formulas in spreadsheets.
• Capability to consistently handle repetitive tasks while meeting deadlines.

Preferred (Nice To Have)

• Experience working with CRM platforms or managing lead databases.
• Familiarity with advanced spreadsheet functions such as lookup formulas, pivot tables, and data validation techniques.
• Background in managing large contact lists for sales, marketing, or event purposes.
• Availability to start immediately.
