Data Entry Executive

Overview

SP Technologies is seeking Data Entry and Quality Control Executives to join their team in Secunderabad. Candidates should have proficiency in English and experience in managing data entry projects, particularly for US clients, along with the capability to lead a team of over 10 operators.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of more than 10 data entry operators working on data entry projects.
• Ensure the accuracy and high quality of entered data by verifying it against source documents.
• Maintain consistency and precision in all data entry tasks to uphold data integrity.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation from an English medium institution is mandatory.
• Typing speed between 35 to 40 words per minute in English is required.
• Prior experience ranging from freshers up to 3 years in data entry or quality control roles, especially in projects related to the US market.
• Strong understanding of MS Office applications and capability in internet browsing.
• Basic knowledge of databases is expected.
• Good grasping abilities and attention to detail.

Additional Details

• Salary range is INR 180,000 to 240,000 annually.
• Work shifts may include day or night shifts depending on company demands.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in data digitisation for utility companies or those with civil engineering backgrounds.
