About IGM and Role Overview
IGM, a leading provider of corporate credit financial insights established over two decades ago, serves over 300 clients across 20+ countries and maintains offices in the UK, US, Japan, and Singapore. Recently acquired by MNI, a fast-growing global financial market insights leader, IGM continues to expand its market presence.
The Data Entry Administrator will be a collaborative individual with strong attention to detail, responsible for using the IGM platform to accurately publish and update real-time data on bond issues from announcement to pricing and market reception, alongside performing database upkeep.
Key Responsibilities
- Rapidly and precisely publish information about bond terms, conditions, and public debt capital market announcements adhering to standardized formats.
- Gather, validate, and disseminate details on new bond issuances including pricing, investor demand, and distribution data.
- Input deal-specific information obtained from source materials and contacts into the company database.
- Assist in producing daily and weekly credit reports and participate in additional credit-related projects within European working hours.
- Collaborate and exchange information across various desks in the credit department as needed.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive network of regional contacts to support information gathering.
- Manage database updates through routine and special backfilling efforts.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least two years’ experience in data entry is preferred.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Adaptable and capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to nurture and maintain relationships internally and externally.
- Effective time management abilities.
- Excellent teamwork capabilities.
Additional Information
While prior knowledge of financial markets is advantageous, it is not mandatory as comprehensive training and support will be provided. The role demands a motivated, enthusiastic individual open to learning and eager to develop professionally within a vibrant team environment based in London.
