About the Role

We are looking to hire a proficient Data Developer who will be tasked with designing, developing, and managing data pipelines and systems that underpin both business functions and analytical efforts. The role involves close cooperation with technical teams and business stakeholders to guarantee the precision, availability, and efficiency of data.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and sustain data pipelines, databases, and ETL workflows
• Construct and refine data models to support reporting and analytics
• Consolidate data from diverse sources into unified systems
• Monitor system performance and resolve data-related issues promptly
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and relevant stakeholders to understand and implement data needs
• Maintain high standards for data quality, consistency, and security
• Maintain clear documentation for data processes, workflows, and system setups

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or a related discipline
• Prior experience in roles involving data development, database administration, or data engineering
• Solid expertise in SQL, database systems, and data integration methods
• Working knowledge of programming languages including Python, Java, or Scala
• Familiarity with ETL tools, cloud platforms, or big data tech is advantageous
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
• Capability to work autonomously and juggle multiple technical responsibilities

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with data warehousing and reporting technologies
• Understanding of major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
