Data & Dashboard Analyst (BI)

Overview

We are seeking a Data & Dashboard Analyst specializing in Business Intelligence to convert complex business data into insightful and interactive dashboards that facilitate informed decision-making. This role emphasizes data analysis, reporting, visualization, and monitoring performance across various business units.

Responsibilities

• Create and sustain interactive dashboards and business intelligence reports primarily using Power BI.
• Examine business datasets to uncover trends, patterns, potential risks, and growth opportunities.
• Interpret business needs to design clear reports, dashboards, and actionable insights.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across different departments.
• Gather, clean, verify, and amalgamate data from diverse sources.
• Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and dependability of data and reports.
• Streamline recurring reports by automating processes and enhancing existing reporting workflows.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to grasp reporting and analytical demands.
• Communicate findings and insights clearly to support strategic decisions by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or an equivalent discipline.
• Relevant background in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Dashboard creation.
• Proficient hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard and visual report development.
• Solid understanding of SQL and advanced capabilities in Excel.
• Experience handling multiple data sources and managing large volumes of data.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving aptitude, and effective communication skills.
• Capability to convert complex data sets into understandable business insights.
