Data Collection Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a Field Deployment Executive to assist with AI data collection tasks on location throughout Bengaluru. The candidate will coordinate with site workers and supervisors to ensure the proper deployment and usage of camera-enabled devices, achieving daily data capture targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned locations and liaise with workers and site supervisors.
• Distribute, monitor, and track camera-enabled caps and other necessary equipment.
• Ensure proper usage of equipment by workers and timely data recording.
• Monitor daily collection goals and data uploads, ensuring punctual submission.
• Report equipment loss, damage, or technical problems promptly.
• Troubleshoot minor field issues and escalate significant problems when needed.
• Maintain daily records and status updates via MIS, Excel, or Google Sheets.
• Regularly follow up with sites and team members to ensure target achievement.
• Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures and data collection guidelines on-site.

Candidate Profile

• Completed 12th standard, Diploma, or Graduate degree in any field.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in field operations, logistics, delivery, surveys, or similar roles.
• Fresh candidates with strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility are encouraged to apply.
• Comfortable engaging with diverse teams including workers, supervisors, and company personnel.
• Strong follow-up ability and problem-solving aptitude.
• Familiarity with smartphones, Google Drive, online portals, and basic spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple daily targets across various field sites.
• Willingness to undertake frequent travel within Bengaluru.
• Preference for candidates owning two-wheelers and valid driving licenses.
