Role Responsibilities

• Unload, unpack, and install IT hardware such as server racks using power tools, ensuring correct positioning.
• Manage server rack cabling by patching and organizing both fibre and copper cables.
• Adhere strictly to client-specific procedures, including health, safety, and security protocols.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with customers, colleagues, supervisors, and planners.
• Complete daily checklists and submit regular reports documenting daily tasks and activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong organizational aptitude and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing customer demands.
• Possession of a valid Class B driving license with a clean driving record.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Email platforms.
• Effective professional communication skills interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Language skills: Proficient in English at C1 level and German at B2 level.
