Data Center Scheduler

Job Summary

We are working with a client looking for a Scheduler to manage scheduling activities for data center construction projects located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position entails creating, updating, and overseeing project timelines while coordinating effectively with various project stakeholders to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules employing Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent scheduling applications.
• Monitor progress regularly to detect delays early and suggest remedial measures to maintain project timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to keep schedules aligned with overall project goals.
• Generate and present schedule reports and dashboards to senior management to communicate status and issues.
• Assist in project planning, resource planning, and risk mitigation activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline.
• Between five to eight years of professional experience in construction project scheduling.
• At least two to three years’ specialized experience in scheduling for data center projects.
• Essential to have experience in Data Centre or Mission Critical project environments.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling tools.
• Excellent analytical abilities, strong organizational skills, and effective communication capabilities.
• Experience working within GCC countries, particularly Saudi Arabia, is preferred.
