Role Summary

This position offers a competitive salary reflective of experience and qualifications, estimated between $55,000 and $95,000 USD annually, accompanied by additional benefits.

Primary Duties

• Label text, images, audio, or video content in accordance with precise annotation protocols.
• Assess AI-generated outputs for correctness, usefulness, and compliance with provided directives.
• Detect ambiguous scenarios and exceptions in instructions, communicating these insights to supervisory personnel.
• Ensure annotation consistency and consensus among team members through attentive judgment.
• Deliver organized feedback to enhance subsequent training processes of AI models.
• Achieve designated daily and weekly productivity targets without compromising quality.

Qualifications and Expertise

• Exceptional reading comprehension paired with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in interpreting and consistently applying structured guidelines.
• Advanced written English skills with clear explanatory abilities.
• A bachelor's degree or comparable practical experience is preferred.
• Prior exposure to AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, or comparable tools is advantageous.
• Self-motivated and capable of independently managing project quotas.
