Data Annotator

Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Data Annotator to join our team remotely on a full-time basis. This role involves carefully labeling and assessing various forms of data to enhance the training of contemporary AI models. The position requires accuracy, adherence to guidelines, and contributing insightful feedback to improve AI system performance.

Key Duties

• Label text, image, audio, or video data following detailed annotation guidelines.
• Assess AI-generated content for correctness, usefulness, and compliance with instructions.
• Recognize ambiguous or exceptional cases and communicate them to the annotation lead.
• Consistently maintain high agreement with other annotators through careful judgment.
• Provide well-structured feedback to support future training cycles of AI models.
• Achieve daily and weekly productivity targets without compromising quality.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong capability in understanding and applying reading materials with attention to detail.
• Comfortable with following structured guidelines consistently.
• Excellent written English skills with a clear ability to articulate reasoning.
• Preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools is advantageous.
• Independent work ethic and ability to manage quota-based projects autonomously.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive remuneration based on experience, qualifications, and location, approximately $55,000 to $95,000 USD equivalent.
