Job description
Role Summary
We are seeking Data Annotators to meticulously label and analyze data sets that train current AI models. This full-time remote position involves detailed evaluation of model outputs to enhance future AI capabilities.
Key Duties
- Label diverse data types including text, images, audio, and video following precise annotation guidelines.
- Assess AI-generated content for correctness, usefulness, and compliance with instructions.
- Identify unclear or exceptional cases within guidelines and communicate these to supervisors.
- Ensure consistent annotation quality and agreement among annotators through careful decision-making.
- Offer structured input to improve successive AI training iterations.
- Achieve set daily and weekly performance targets without sacrificing quality.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent comprehension and acute attention to detail.
- Aptitude in consistently applying structured guidelines.
- Proficient written English with clear explanation abilities.
- Bachelor's degree or matching practical experience is preferred.
- Experience with AI-related tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalents is advantageous.
- Ability to work autonomously within quota-driven projects.
Attributes You Should Have

- Strict adherence to protocols and proactive identification of ambiguous scenarios.
- Effective written communication for documenting observations.
- Capability to operate independently across different time zones asynchronously.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive salary between $55,000 and $95,000 USD equivalent, adjusted based on experience and location, accompanied by benefits.
