Role Overview
We are seeking skilled Data Annotators to accurately label, assess, and enhance datasets crucial for training advanced AI models. This position demands meticulous attention and adherence to detailed labeling guidelines to help improve future artificial intelligence systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Label text, image, audio, or video data in accordance with specified detailed instructions.
- Assess AI-generated results for precision, usefulness, and compliance with given directions.
- Spot edge cases and any ambiguous points within guidelines and report these to the annotation lead.
- Ensure consistency to maintain strong agreement between annotators through careful judgment.
- Deliver structured feedback aimed at refining subsequent model training efforts.
- Achieve daily and weekly productivity targets without compromising quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent reading comprehension paired with high attention to detail.
- Ability to consistently apply structured guidelines effectively.
- Proficiency in English with strong written communication skills for clear explanation and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable practical experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalents is advantageous.
- Self-motivated and capable of independently managing quota-based workloads.
