Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Data Annotators to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for labeling and evaluating various data types such as text, images, audio, and video to enhance AI model training quality. The position demands meticulous attention to detail, adherence to comprehensive labeling guidelines, and contributing to the evolution of next-generation AI technologies.

Key Duties

• Precisely annotate diverse datasets following specific labeling instructions.
• Assess AI-generated content for correctness, usefulness, and compliance with provided directives.
• Detect and report unclear cases or inconsistencies in labeling protocols to supervisors.
• Ensure consistency among annotators by maintaining high agreement and sound judgment.
• Offer structured feedback to refine future AI training cycles.
• Consistently achieve daily and weekly productivity targets without compromising quality.

Qualifications and Skills Needed

• Strong comprehension skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with detailed guidelines applied rigorously and uniformly.
• Excellent written English skills with clear explanation of reasoning.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
• Experience or familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
