Data Annotator

About the Role

We are seeking AI Data Annotators to join on a fixed term contract basis specializing in Audio Conversation Rating. This position involves carefully listening to recorded dialogues between humans and AI voice agents to evaluate the AI's responses both in content and delivery.

Responsibilities

Annotators are expected to review every AI agent turn in conversations, assessing what was said and how it was conveyed. Each evaluation includes a brief, original written explanation to justify the rating provided.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a keen auditory sensitivity to nuances in American English, noticing robotic interruptions, shifts in vocal identity, unnatural pacing, or incorrect stress.
• Demonstrate strong listening comprehension capable of following quick, casual, or overlapping speech without extensive repetition.
• Provide thoughtful critiques supported by well-articulated reasons; vague remarks are insufficient.
• Submit authentic, self-composed written feedback free from AI-generated content.
• Maintain the integrity to assign low scores when warranted by observed faults, resisting leniency.

Additional Information

• This is not a role for multitasking or relying on AI for task completion.
• Compensation stands at ₹25,000 per month, influenced by output quality.
• The contract is fixed term and requires a full commitment of 8 hours daily.
• No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.
• Work is entirely remote.
