Data Annotator - AI Quality Reviewer (Work From Home, Part/Full Time)

Role Overview

RealLoop is seeking detail-oriented individuals to work remotely as AI Quality Reviewers. This role involves evaluating outputs generated by AI systems used by technology firms, ensuring their responses meet quality standards and accurately identifying errors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess AI-produced content, including audio recordings of AI customer interactions, AI-generated chat conversations, or comparisons between AI responses to determine the better output.
• Detect issues such as incorrect or fabricated answers, mismatched responses, inappropriate tone, unclear speech, or premature interruption by AI agents.
• Document each identified issue and rate overall AI performance using a provided evaluation tool.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Proficiency in reading and listening comprehension in both Hindi and English.
• Patience to handle repetitive, detail-focused tasks.
• Comfortable working with basic computer applications and Google Sheets.
• Availability of a personal laptop and reliable internet connection.
• Prior experience in BPO, customer support, data entry, content moderation, or quality assessment is advantageous but not mandatory.
