Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated Data Annotators to enhance and refine data sets instrumental for training next-generation AI models. This remote, full-time position entails meticulous analysis of model outputs and precise application of labeling instructions to ensure data quality and AI advancement.

Key Duties

• Label text, images, audio, or video materials adhering strictly to detailed annotation protocols.
• Assess AI-generated results for correctness, usefulness, and compliance with given directives.
• Detect and report unclear scenarios or exceptions in guidelines to lead annotators.
• Maintain consistency across annotations to achieve high agreement among annotators.
• Offer structured, insightful feedback to improve subsequent model training iterations.
• Achieve set daily and weekly annotation targets while upholding quality standards.

Candidate Profile

• Exceptional reading understanding and attention to minutiae.
• Ability to methodically follow and apply structured guidelines.
• Proficient written English with clear explanation of rationale.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalents is advantageous.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing quota-driven assignments independently.
